Question 1

Are there any setup fees on the support plans?

Accepted Answer

No setup fees. We do charge for an initial onboarding period if your store needs remedial work before we can take it on, but we will be upfront about that before you commit to anything.

Question 2

Can I change my support plan later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new monthly billing period. We understand that businesses grow and change. Your support should too.

Question 3

Do you offer a discount for paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer one month free on annual support plan commitments. Get in touch and we will include this in your proposal.

Question 4

Are all prices exclusive of VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at 20% will be applied to invoices where applicable.

Question 5

What happens if I need urgent help outside of my plan's response time?

Accepted Answer

For genuine emergencies (site down, checkout broken, data issue), we always respond as quickly as we can regardless of plan. Our SLAs are a minimum commitment, not a ceiling on our care.

Simple, transparent pricing.
