How much does Magento support cost in the UK?

Plans run from £480 to £2,845 per month + VAT, sized by how many hours a month you need. Every plan is on our pricing page.

Will you take over an existing Magento 2 site?

Yes. We start with a review of your store and codebase, then run a managed handover from your current agency or developer.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Every plan is monthly rolling. Scale up or down as your store changes, and cancel with 30 days' notice.

How do the hours work?

Every plan is a pot of hours at one rate. Spend them on day-to-day store tasks like banners, products and promotions, on development work like code, integrations and upgrades, or across both in the same month.

What happens if something urgent breaks?

Urgent issues jump the queue, with first response the same working day. Support runs during UK business hours, and we arrange cover for peak trading.

Can you work alongside our in-house team or developer?

Yes. Our Operational plan exists exactly for that: we handle day-to-day store tasks while your developer keeps ownership of the code.
